About DeLee…
DeLee was born and raised in Southeastern Ohio. She was a shy, nerdy child who made her debut in a small community theatre production of Alice in Wonderland, a story that she never tires of bringing to life.
She expanded her training in the Professional Actor Training program at Wright State University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting. She also became a certified actor combatant after passing the SPT with the Society of American Fight Directors in unarmed, quarterstaff, and single sword in the Spring of 2014. Following her senior class' New York Showcase, she became a company member with Pointillism Jazz Consort, where she continues to dance and act in various projects.
DeLee is an Equity Membership Candidate currently based in Cleveland, OH. She spent a season as a teaching artist with the Kids Love Musicals! program for The Musical Theater Project, and for three seasons, she worked as an Actor Teacher with Great Lakes Theater. She taught and acted for thousands of K-12 students in her four years as a teaching artist, and still feels passionately about the importance of the arts in the classroom.
She has also performed at various venues throughout NE Ohio with rock band, Vanity Crash, and at many an event with Rock the House Entertainment. DeLee has appeared in numerous productions, festivals, and staged readings with local theatre companies such as Beck Center for the Arts, Blank Canvas Theatre, Cain Park, Clague Playhouse, Cleveland Play House, Cleveland Shakespeare Festival, Dobama Theatre, Ensemble Theatre, French Creek Theatre, Ohio Shakespeare Festival, and Talespinner Children’s Theatre.
Life’s too short not to pursue all of your passions! By day, DeLee works for woman-owned, family-operated CBD wellness company, Clean Remedies LLC. As an Executive Administrator, Account Manager, and Education Specialist, she has written, edited, and updated various educational and marketing materials, and provides support in sales, administration, client services, marketing, operations, and inventory.
Coming in 2024: she’s pursuing her MBA!
